“I always start with the basics—healthy lifestyle choices go a long way! I believe in exercising regularly, eating clean, getting plenty of sleep and surrounding myself with a positive social circle. When it comes to treatments, I do neurotoxin every 3-4 months (thanks to Dr. Leight!), and I keep my skincare routine simple but effective. I use a vitamin C serum like Phloretin CF in the morning and a retinoid, specifically Tazorac, at night. It’s a mix of healthy habits and a few essentials that keep me feeling fresh!” – Dr. Amit Om
