Rachel is originally from Pennsylvania. She graduated Cum Laude from Gettysburg College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and a minor in English Literature. She was also president of the Panhellenic Counsel and ran cross country and track. Rachel started her career as a Disease Intervention Specialist at Montgomery County PA Health Department and then transitioned to an AP Biology teacher at The Hill School in Pottstown, PA. Next, Rachel went on to Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing where she earned both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing. She was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society while at Johns Hopkins as well. Rachel began working as a registered nurse in neurosurgery and neurology at The Johns Hopkins Hospital while obtaining her master’s degree. After graduation and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Rachel moved to Charlotte and joined DLVSC in August 2018. Rachel is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best. She is eager to expand her knowledge in medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology.

Outside of work, Rachel is an avid yogi and runner. She enjoys spending time with her husband, cooking, traveling, dining at restaurants and exploring Charlotte!
